The plant in King Cove is now done with king crab for the season, with the last delivery coming from the Kiska Sea. They are waiting for some bairdi deliveries.

Wow, quick season. Edgar from the Northwestern posted a Halloween fb post that they were done with King Crab and headed out for Bairdi...no mention on whether or not he was Captain, though.

Elliott just posted a pic talking about 'his boys' heading out from St. Paul and the boat is the Handler, nothing of note really just saw it and thought I'd post.
Matt Bradley came back for bairidi and posted a pic of him up in the wheelhouse and Edgar was at the wheel. Not sure if he was there as the relief or if SIg left after King as he's been doing.

On marine traffic, several boats made the same track at the same time. This includes the Cornelia Maria, Time Bandit, Northwestern, and Wizard. They all left from slightly different locations, and seem to have rallied at a point near the Holy Ascension Cathedral. Then they headed out of the Harbor at the same time, turned around and came back. I think this may have been for the shots in the show, where all the boats are in a line, entering the harbor together. The Saga has had its locator turned off for two days, so I don't know if it participated. I found some other boats that were familiar, and I thought may be on the show this year, but they did not participate - Seabrooke, Rambling Rose, Rollo, Early Dawn, Far West Leader. I couldn't locate the chase boat either. Neat to think that they are out there, about to start. CatchAddict, you give us such good info - how come you don't join us and become a Greenhorn? It's easy to do. If there's a reason that's too personal, please disregard this post.
